D.A. BluePrint Technologies provides workflow intelligence tools and filing preparation guidance. Nothing in our platform constitutes legal advice, professional engineering advice, architectural advice, or regulatory compliance guidance. Users are responsible for consulting appropriately licensed professionals for all professional determinations.

Intellectual Property

All content, workflows, interfaces, and technology within the D.A. BluePrint Technologies platform are the intellectual property of D.A. BluePrint Technologies. No rights to this intellectual property are transferred through use of the platform beyond the license described in these terms.

Limitation of Liability

D.A. BluePrint Technologies provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding fitness for a specific purpose, accuracy of guidance outputs, or guaranteed filing outcomes. D.A. BluePrint Technologies is not liable for any filing decisions, permit outcomes, or regulatory determinations made based on use of the platform.
